cancellations made within 30 days. the date of arrival no penalty will be charged.
For cancellations between 29 and 7 days. the date of arrival will charge a penalty equal to 30% of the total.
For cancellations within 7 days. before the arrival date will charge a penalty of 50% of the total.
For the non-arrival (no show), the penalty will be equal to 100% of the total and the room reservation will be maintained only for the first night.
