and serviceable gardens furniture:table,chairs,deckchairs.
In the garden there is also ahandy outdoor shower.
The villa is also equipped with barbecue facilities for delicious
outdoor dinners of freshly grilled fish,meat and vegetables.
The nearest beach is hardly 200 metres away.

In regard to the payment we require to deposit the 15% of the total rate, you can place the deposit of EUR by credit card, by bank transfer, or by postal order. If you want to pay by bank transfer or by postal order we send you our details of the bank or our address for the order so you can place the deposit now and pay the balance of the money of EUR two weeks before your stay.
