Vinchio is also well-known for the King of truffles, the White Truffle (or Tuber Magnatum), the "cardo gobbo" ("bent" thistle, because of its particular shape), and many other typical products. VINCHIO is located in a good central position for visiting beautiful towns such as: ASTI, ALBA (Langhe),BAROLO, POLLENZO, NEIVE, ACQUI TERME, CANELLI (renowned for its historical wine caves underground Cathedrals, designated a UNESCO World Heritage site), and other truly gorgeous spots.
